The Macerata Opera Festival is an international event that takes place in the symbolic place of Macerata: the Sferisterio. In 2021, the Festival celebrated 100 years since the first performance of an opera, and stands out for its contemporary look at opera.
I created the illustrations of the works present in the three days of the festival:
Aida by Giuseppe Verdi, La Traviata by Giuseppe Verdi and Il Barbiere di Siviglia by Gioachino Rossini.
The graphic composition and art direction was handled by Andrea Buzzi of Selva Creative Studio.
